We’re excited to announce that Michael Curry has been added to our Portland Creative Conference speaker line-up for September 6. Michael is internationally acclaimed as a master of puppetry and kinetic theatrical design. His many credits include Broadway’s The Lion King, Cirque Du Soleil, Universal Studios and the Olympics, to name a few.
In case you missed it, the Oregon Historical Society is currently featuring a display of some of Michael’s masterworks in an exhibit called Puppetry: An Out of Body Experience. You can drop by and get a sense of how this creative genius is shaping the art, excellence and imagination for our time.
But if you think that’s great, wait until you see Michael on our conference stage as he shares his vision and personal creative process.
For those who saw him present at the Creative Conference in 2000, you’ll know what we mean.
